Discover Yoga is a place for practicing yoga in the hatha and viniyoga tradition. Explore yoga as a means to gain strength and flexibility, calmness and relaxation. Linking the breath with movement allows the participant to discover a dynamic style of yoga that rejuvinates the body, mind and spirit. Come try a class today!
The Intro Series begins Wednesday, September 10th for students new to yoga. Come to experience what other students have been asking for. This 4 week series covers an introduction to yoga postures, concepts and a physical practice. Come to experience the benefits.
You may drop-in to one of our ongoing Level 1, All Levels, Level 2 and Yoga for Pregnancy classes. Come and experience the peaceful and energizing benefits of yoga.
Free Friday introductory yoga classes are offered once a month. The next Free Friday is September 5th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM with Brenda McGee. Call or email to pre-register.
