Free Fridays are offered once a month. Experience a practice with one of our teachers and find out about the series, workshops, and ongoing classes at Discover Yoga.

INTRO TO YOGA classes are open to beginning students and new students. Ages 12 and up welcome.
Schedule: Friday, Oct. 3rd, Nov. 21st and Dec. 12th from 6:00 - 7:30PM.

 

YOGA AND MEDITATION offers all skill levels new or current students a class to attend. are welcome ages 12 and up. Call or email us to pre-register.

journey into quiet retreat

Experience the quiet within at Marsh House Retreat Center on Whidbey Island. Limited to 10 students.

How to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy Foods, without Tantrums!

Are you tired of fighting with your kids about food? Do you find yourself using bribery and coercion to get your little ones to eat vegetables? Have you ever given in and let your children have cereal for dinner? Wouldn’t it be great if they actually ASKED for healthy foods?

At this info-packed 60-minute workshop you will learn the secrets of getting your kids to eat healthy foods. You will discover what food ingredients to avoid, and how to decipher food labels. We will discuss basic nutrition for families and time-saving tips for the kitchen. And everyone will take home a mini cookbook full of healthy, simple recipes your kids will love!

Parent and Child Yoga

Parents and child(ren) (ages 7 - 12 years old) experience the benefits of yoga together. Come ready to breathe, stretch, strengthen, laugh and relax. We will practice partner poses and individual poses in class. All levels welcome.

Schedule: Friday, Nov. 21st at 4:30-5:45PM
Cost: Cost is $20 pre-paid.
