Kadee is a graduate in the Viniyoga style, she received her certification at the 200-RYT level through Discover Yoga in June, 2016. At the University level, Kadee studied Art and Natural History. In her practice as a visual artist, she uses focused observation, and introspection to translate her experiences into detailed drawings. This approach to visual art compliments the many facets of yoga life style. In both her personal practice and teaching, Kadee aligns the movement of the body with the rhythm of the breath to promote clarity of the mind. She loves designing Yoga sequences to calm the body, focus the senses, and assist with inward reflection, to tap into our inner reserves of love and compassion.
Kadee experienced the nourishing and balancing benefits of yoga for years, before deciding to dive deeper and explore Yoga formally with all its challenges and ease. Having struggled with the classic ailments of modern humanity; back pain and self-doubt, to mention only a few, she found that a regular Yoga practice cultivated good physical and mental health. With kind acceptance, and forgiveness she continues to grow and learn in her yoga practice daily.
Kadee brings to her practice a sense of playfulness and humility. She is open-minded and compassionate, and loves to see you smile.
