Beth Hafner

Yoga has been in Beth’s life since 2003, when she was drawn to it as a way to recover and heal from back pain. She completed her teacher training through the Discover Yoga Instructor Certification Program in 2008. In her own practice, she has found that a challenge on the mat often mirrors a challenge in life. Beth’s classes allow each student to explore this from their own unique perspective. In yoga and in life, it is Beth’s continual practice to walk in awareness, observation, strength and flexibility.

Kadee Barello

Body. Mind. & Breath.

Kadee is a graduate in the Viniyoga style, she received her certification at the 200-RYT level through Discover Yoga in June, 2016. At the University level, Kadee studied Art and Natural History. In her practice as a visual artist, she uses focused observation, and introspection to translate her experiences into detailed drawings. This approach to visual art compliments the many facets of yoga life style. In both her personal practice and teaching, Kadee aligns the movement of the body with the rhythm of the breath to promote clarity of the mind. She loves designing Yoga sequences to calm the body, focus the senses, and assist with inward reflection, to tap into our inner reserves of love and compassion.

Kadee experienced the nourishing and balancing benefits of yoga for years, before deciding to dive deeper and explore Yoga formally with all its challenges and ease. Having struggled with the classic ailments of modern humanity; back pain and self-doubt, to mention only a few, she found that a regular Yoga practice cultivated good physical and mental health. With kind acceptance, and forgiveness she continues to grow and learn in her yoga practice daily.

Kadee brings to her practice a sense of playfulness and humility. She is open-minded and compassionate, and loves to see you smile.

Alison Eliason

She enjoys practicing and teaching viniyoga and creating a yoga practice that meets student needs and aspirations.  

She became a certified yoga instructor in 2000 with Ellen Morell. Alison has studied locally and abroad. She spent time at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. And in 2008, spent time with Collette Crawford to deepen her understanding of prenatal yoga. She graduated in November of 2010 from a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training with Laura Yon. She continues to deepen her practice of the eight limbs of yoga through personal practice, group classes and private sessions.

She currently leads classes for adults, private sessions, retreats and the instructor certification program. Alison incorporates yoga techniques into her daily life to help bring peace, balance and joy into living. She has two adult children and a supportive husband.  

Yoga has helped her to breathe easier, be aware of her body, mind and spirit, notice her fears and judgments, and based on those observations, continue in her journey to be and create peace. Alison Eliason, ERYT - 500, RCYT, RPYT.

A 75 or 90-minute yoga practice for students familiar with yoga. This class focuses on breath awareness through a slower mindfulness practice and synchronized movement in traditional viniyoga postures. Students are offered ways to build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, focus and relaxation through asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. Students are encouraged to honor their own abilities. Choices are given during the yoga practice and students are encouraged to adapt postures to simplify or offer challenge. Let the instructor know if you have any physical limitations or questions. Refer to the instructor bio for teaching style and background.
