Gloria Harris

Gloria has been practicing yoga since 2000 and has recently completed her 200 hour RYT certification at Discover Yoga. She began practicing yoga to improve flexibility and low back issues, and realized over time, that yoga was so much more. It’s now an integral part of her life, and has helped her navigate life’s journey with more acceptance and compassion. Recently retired from corporate life, she is now enjoys sharing the benefits of yoga with others and is pursuing her 500 hour RYT certification. Gloria also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, gardening, walking/hiking, knitting, cooking and eating!

Tracy Coons

I am a ERYT-200 hour certified yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga tradition, a birth doula and a mom of five fabulous children. I began practicing yoga in 1996 after the birth of my third child as a way to get my body back in shape, but discovered along the way that the practice brought me so much more than a healthy body. My yoga practice provides peace and balance and reminds me to take life as it comes, one breath at a time.

My passion is teaching prenatal yoga classes and workshops. I draw on my personal experience and my training as a doula to help expectant individuals move through pregnancy and birth with greater strength and ease and confidence.

Kadee Barello

Kadee brings a sense of playfulness and humility to her practice. She is open-minded and compassionate, and loves to see you smile. Enthusiastic about the multifaceted benefits of yoga, Kadee uses her knowledge in Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), and Meditation to guide her students through a practice that focuses on mind-body connection (mindfulness). With training in the Viniyoga style, Kadee uses adaptations in yoga and offers variation in postures to fit individual needs

Sarah George

Sarah found her way to yoga as a mom of 3 kids who needed a way to calm her monkey mind and carve out time for herself. While finding that peace and calm during practice, she discovered these benefits flowed into all aspects of her life. She knew that she wanted yoga to be part of her life for the rest of her life. Sarah completed Discover Yoga's Instructor Certification program in 2012, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She is also the owner of White Orchid Soap Company. She emphasizes the importance of awareness and breath in her own practice and in her classes, as well as compassion for self and others.

A 75-minute yoga practice for students familiar with yoga. This class focuses on posture, flexibility, joint safety, intentional movement, and breath. Level 2 offers more options for challenge compared to Level 1. Students are encouraged to honor and listen to their bodies whether that means physical limitations or a desire to go deeper.
