Deepen into your Being and explore various ways to expand your yoga practice. Learn to settle the mind and thereby cultivate balance in your life, utilizing ancient techniques for modern times. Yoga has eight limbs. Come and explore asana (movements), pranayama (breath techniques) and various meditation methods to move into a deeper state of Being. Give yourself a re-boot for the body, mind and spirit! All levels are welcome.
This series meets for 4 classes on Feb. 1, 8, 22 and March 1. There is no class on Feb. 15. Cost is $85.
