Kadee Barello

Kadee brings a sense of playfulness and humility to her practice. She is open-minded and compassionate, and loves to see you smile. Enthusiastic about the multifaceted benefits of yoga, Kadee uses her knowledge in Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), and Meditation to guide her students through a practice that focuses on mind-body connection (mindfulness). With training in the Viniyoga style, Kadee uses adaptations in yoga and offers variation in postures to fit individual needs



Kadee Barello instructs the following:
  • Noontime Nourishment - Level 1
  • A 75-minute yoga practice for beginning students and those returning to yoga. This class focuses on posture, flexibility, joint safety, intentional movement and breathing.
    Students are encouraged to work at their own pace and listen to their bodies whether that means physical limitations or a desire to go deeper. Refer to the instructor bio for teaching style and background.

  • Morning Inspiration - Level 2
  • A 75 or 90-minute yoga practice for students familiar with yoga. This class focuses on breath awareness through a slower mindfulness practice and synchronized movement in traditional viniyoga postures. Students are offered ways to build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, focus and relaxation through asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation. Students are encouraged to honor their own abilities. Choices are given during the yoga practice and students are encouraged to adapt postures to simplify or offer challenge.   • Yoga Basics
  • A 75-minute class for students new to yoga or interested in the Basics. This class offers an introductory approach to learning basic yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques. This is also a good preparation for other ongoing classes. Bring your questions to class. All classes include postures combined with basic instruction. Refer to the instructor bio for teaching style and background.

  • Evening De-Stress - Level 2
  • A 75-minute yoga intermediate practice for students familiar with yoga. Enjoy a yoga class that helps you to unwind and move into the evening more relaxed and energized. The class focuses on viniyoga postures combined with breath in a unique sequence focused on the needs of students class. Refer to the instructor bio for teaching style and background.

  • Yoga for Pregnancy
  • A dynamic yet gentle yoga specifically designed to support women 6 weeks to term. Prenatal exercises & breath techniques are integrated to strengthen the childbearing muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation and digestion. Deep relaxation restores and balances the mental and emotional states, perfect preparation for labor and birth. Classes are open to beginning and advanced students.

    We encourage you to sign up in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early. New students receive their second class free!
