A dynamic yet gentle yoga practice specifically designed to support students from 6 weeks pregnancy to term. Prenatal exercises and breath techniques are integrated to strengthen the childbearing muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation and digestion. Deep relaxation restores and balances the mental and emotional states, perfect preparation for labor and birth. Classes are open to beginning and advanced students.
Our prenatal classes begin with a check-in with time to share how you’re feeling, and any questions or concerns you may have. We want to give you time to get to know the other students and to build some community during this transformative time in your life.
