Partner support is a key element in having a blissful pregnancy and birth experience. This workshop will help you increase intimacy, create deeper mutual care and trust and is a great way to bond with each other and baby during this time of joyful transition. You’ll learn partner poses and individual postures with supportive touch. We’ll also explore breath techniques, partner massage, acupressure and comfort measures which will be beneficial during pregnancy and also help manage pain and create a peaceful, supportive environment for labor and birth. This workshop is open to students in any stage of their pregnancy and their partners. All postures will be modified to be appropriate for all levels. Cost is $40 per couple. Minimum of 6 couples and maximum of 10. Sign up early to reserve your spot. There is a wait list for any one interested. Candlelight Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshop

This workshop will explore elements of restorative yoga and yoga nidra to create a rejuvenating, healing practice for body, mind and spirit. We’ll begin with restorative yoga using its supported, passive poses which allow the body to open up and relax fully using lots of props. Then we’ll finish with a yoga nidra session including deep relaxation, breath and visualisation techniques all done while lying peacefully in savasana. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored.
