Autumn is the perfect time to go inward and focus on deep healing on all levels. “Self-Care” has become a bit of a buzzword lately, and while we all know we need to care for ourselves, figuring out what that looks like and how to fit it in can keep us from taking the time to fill up our tanks and focus on nourishing ourselves. Self-care is never selfish. We can’t pour from an empty vessel and need to take the time to refill our own well so that we are able to give freely and openly to those we love and care for.
This October Tracy and Sarah invite you to come and enjoy three days of a restorative retreat focused on helping you dive into self-care through yoga, meditation, breath work, sound healing and exploring nature to clear your mind, and release deep layers of tension and stress stored in the physical and energetic body.
Sleeping Lady is a beautiful, secluded retreat center situation on 70 acres of meadow and forest along Icicle Creek Canyon in the Cascade Mountains.
We love the spacious, comfortable rooms with a northwest feel nestled in the woods, featuring stunning views, porches, down comforters and private bathrooms with heated towel racks.
Our Yoga practices will take place in the gorgeous, cozy practice space with ample windows which allow views of the woods and mountains.
The food is plentiful and delicious at this retreat. You’ll be treated to incredible gourmet food at the award winning Kingfisher Restaurant and Wine Bar. All of this plus the outdoor hot rock pool and beautiful spa, surrounded by mountains and wilderness make for an unforgettable weekend retreat.
To add to your relaxing weekend away, during you may wish to book a spa treatment at the beautiful Aspen Leaf Spa on site. Participants are responsible for booking their own spa treatments. Spa services are not included in your package price. To be sure you get a spot, we advise calling to book your services ahead of time. You can use your free time, or you’re welcome to skip any yoga classes or group meals and visit the spa instead. O’Grady’s Pantry is a good place to grab some lunch or snacks on your own.

Cancel between July 15 – August 15th: forfeit deposit ($200) plus 50% of any amount paid over and above deposit
