Our practice reminds us to be thankful. To be grateful to ourselves and to others. To our bodies, breath, and heart. Join us on our 2024 Journey of Gratitude Retreat for 6 days on the island of Crete in Greece to deepen our gratitude.

As we gather together for this retreat, our practices and daily excursions will be carefully cultivated in offerings of gratitude to the land, to encourage us to journey to new experiences, to surrender to the wonders around us and find peace within.

At the Armonia Retreat Center, we will enjoy 2 daily yoga classes, excursions to local attractions, amazing food and drinks and of course each other. Each day will allow for quiet time, exploration, and a chance to connect to the local culture.

Located in the heart of the picturesque traditional village of Douliana, Armonia is surrounded by beautiful nature and is only 15 minutes away from the sea by car. An ancient woodland path is a stone’s throw away. Walking around, the views of the surrounding area are breathtaking.

Accommodation will depend on the number of guests, but requests will be considered. Carefully planned meals will be provided, and we do ask that you inform us of any dietary requirements.

Your Retreat Includes:

• 5 nights accommodation

• All meals and drinks

• Daily excursions

• Opening and Closing Circle

• 2 yoga practices per day

• Transportation from the airport to the retreat center

• $2200 Early Bird Pricing if booked before Dec 1, 2023 Now Dec 15th!

To reserve your spot, a $500 deposit is required. The final payment will be due on March 20th. There is a minimum we will need to meet of 7 attendees to make this retreat happen, so be sure NOT to book airfare until we confirm that minimum is met.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel before December 1, 2023 - Refund minus the $500 deposit

• Cancel between December 1 and February 28th - forfeit the deposit ($500) plus 50% of any amount paid over and above the deposit

• After February 28, 2023 - forfeit 100% of the payment (including the non-refundable deposit)
