Class Schedule


 

Yoga Basics and Level 1 classes are appropriate for beginners and those who have never practiced yoga before. Level 2 classes are 75 or 90-minute yoga practice for students familiar with yoga.  Instructors will offer modifications to a pose—some easier, some harder—to accommodate students of different abilities in the same class. Level 3 classes are intended to be challenging (both physically and mentally), and it is recommended that a student have at least six months experience practicing yoga. Every class is unique. Students are familiar with personal limitations and ways to modify when needed. 

All classes focus on breath awareness through a mindfulness practice and synchronized movement in traditional yoga postures. Students are offered ways to build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, focus and relaxation through asana, pranayama, and meditation. Students are encouraged to honor their own abilities. Refer to the instructor bio for teaching style and background. Please pre-register for classes.
