Join us for our upcoming yoga retreat “Circle of Serenity: Embrace Yoga, Embrace Community”, where we will explore bringing together the practice of yoga and the importance of community. This retreat offers time for individual growth as well as connections with others.

Through well thought out yoga classes, participants are encouraged to embrace yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a path toward inner peace, self-discovery, and a deeper sense of belonging. We encourage you to explore classes that call to you, or take time to explore the grounds of the resort and give yourself the time and space you need to reset and recharge.

Beyond the yoga mat, this retreat is a celebration of community. Through shared meals, mindful discussions, and group activities, students build meaningful connections, creating a supportive network that extends beyond the retreat experience. This emphasis on community fosters an environment of mutual support, understanding, and growth, enriching each individual's journey.

We return to Sleeping Lady Resort year after year for its beautiful, secluded location on 70 acres of meadow and forest along Icicle Creek Canyon in the Cascade Mountains. We love the spacious, comfortable rooms with a northwest feel nestled in the woods, featuring stunning views, porches, down comforters, and private bathrooms with heated towel racks.

Our Yoga practices take place in the gorgeous, cozy practice space with ample windows and stunning views. You'll also enjoy incredible gourmet food catered by the award winning Kingfisher Restaurant and Wine Bar. All of this, plus a beautiful spa, surrounded by mountains and wilderness make for an unforgettable and sought after weekend retreat.

To add to your relaxing weekend away, you may wish to book a spa treatment at the beautiful Aspen Leaf Spa on-site. Participants are responsible for booking their own spa treatments. Spa services are not included in your package price. To be sure you get a spot, we advise calling to book your services ahead of time. You can use your free time, or you are welcome to skip any yoga classes or group meals and visit the spa instead. O’Grady’s Pantry is a good place to grab some lunch or snacks on your own.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel before July 15, 2024: Refund minus the $300 deposit

• Cancel between July 15 - Aug 15: forfeit the deposit ($300) plus 50% of any amount paid over and above the deposit

• Cancel after Aug 15: forfeit 100% of the payment (including non-refundable deposit)
